Our clinicians bring unique skills and paradigms to your treatment; find which might be best for you.
Our perspective in providing treatment is that we are not the expert in the room; we are coaches and guides that keep you on track with what you’ve set as your goals in life and treatment.
You are the master of your life, and as such, of your treatment.

Jacob Pospychalla, LMFT
I am a firm believer in perpetual personal growth and that we are constantly evolving throughout our lives; every interaction and choice progresses us through the development of self. Through this foundation I am a strong advocate of helping you understand your needs, values, and hopes as a framework to your decisions and goals. You are who you are today because of what you have experienced, and you will be who you are tomorrow because of the choices you make today.
My clinical work experience is wide-ranging, which includes helping parents understand their children's behaviors and how best to manage healthier alternatives, supporting LGBTQ+ folk through their journey in identity, facilitating conversational growth in couples, and the many different facets of stress and anxiety that all individuals progress through.
I aim to facilitate a supportive, warm, respectful, and genuine therapeutic experience focusing on you as the master of your treatment. As a multiculturally sensitive and queer allied therapist I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals from various ethnic, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds. You have the power to grow into who you want to be.

I enjoy creating a neurodivergent affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, sensitive, creative, exploratory therapeutic space. I work with all ages, individuals, partnerships, and families across all cultural backgrounds. Currently, I am only seeing clients online. As a therapist, I bring a lot of empathy, humility, sensitivity, playfulness, creativity, and calm grounded-ness to my sessions.
While I try to tailor my approach to each individual, some therapeutic focuses of mine are client-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed, relational therapy, play therapy, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, sandtray therapy, and expressive arts therapy. This means I believe that together we can strengthen your light and bring balance to the darkness you may be struggling with. Collaboratively guiding you to integrate and grow towards your desires and celebrate you. Look forward to meeting all of you.

To walk with you alongside your healing journey is to walk with you on truly sacred grounds. If you’ve ever felt lost and disconnected searching for answers, meaning, closure, or feeling like healing from traumatic experiences is an arduous task– I'm honored to help you take hold of the glimmers in life and achieve post-traumatic growth with a sense of resilience and lightness in your being.
My passion as a therapist is seeing clients transform into the best versions of themselves and maximize their potential through the therapeutic process. At times, the tumultuous cycles from our traumatic past and anxiousness towards the future can pick-pocket that potential in the present facets of our lives. My purpose is to empathically guide you on your mental health journey to a place where you can harness opportunities to break the traumatic cycles and have you experience your authentic self thrive towards the quality of life you seek. My approach to therapy comes with a sense of empathetic insightfulness and depth paired with playfulness, humor, and adaptive creativity in our sessions.
I have a heart for working with diverse communities and people from all walks of life. I have experience helping younger and older adults, couples, and families acquire the insight and tools they need to have more self-compassion, a deeper sense of self-confidence, facilitate change in behavioral and communication patterns, dissolve conflict, and find the root of core wounds so that healing is possible. I practice Experiential Gestalt and Jungian Therapy alongside Existential Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Imago Relationship/Inner Child Parts Work Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help clients achieve their personalized therapy goals.
I look forward to our journey together.
