Our clinicians bring unique skills and paradigms to your treatment; find which might be best for you.

Our perspective in providing treatment is that we are not the expert in the room; we are coaches and guides that keep you on track with what you’ve set as your goals in life and treatment.

You are the master of your life, and as such, of your treatment.

THERAPY, BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT, PC-CARE, CHILDREN

Jacob Pospychalla, LMFT

I am a firm believer in perpetual personal growth and that we are constantly evolving throughout our lives; every interaction and choice progresses us through the development of self. Through this foundation I am a strong advocate of helping you understand your needs, values, and hopes as a framework to your decisions and goals. You are who you are today because of what you have experienced, and you will be who you are tomorrow because of the choices you make today.

My clinical work experience is wide-ranging, which includes helping parents understand their children's behaviors and how best to manage healthier alternatives, supporting LGBTQ+ folk through their journey in identity, facilitating conversational growth in couples, and the many different facets of stress and anxiety that all individuals progress through.

I aim to facilitate a supportive, warm, respectful, and genuine therapeutic experience focusing on you as the master of your treatment. As a multiculturally sensitive and queer allied therapist I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals from various ethnic, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds. You have the power to grow into who you want to be.

Ariana Wade, AMFT

Supervised by Elyse Davis, LMFT

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that healing emerges within a relationship built on trust, safety, and authenticity. Often, we find ourselves in new spaces when we let go of old identities or versions of ourselves that no longer serve us. I am here to walk alongside you, creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you explore new pathways forward. With empathy, humility, and deep respect for your unique journey, I strive to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space. I understand the courage it takes to open up and share your story. I believe in the transformative power of authenticity, vulnerability, and setting healthy boundaries. Together, we will uncover your strengths and help you reclaim your sense of self.

I am passionate about helping couples and families deepen their connections, repair ruptures, shift unhelpful dynamics, and develop communication skills that nurture healthy, fulfilling relationships. Parenting is a deeply transformative journey that deserves delicate support, and I am here to help navigate those unique challenges with sensitivity and attunement. With individuals, I bring a warm and attentive presence to assist you in exploring your beliefs, emotions, and relationships in ways that promote self-compassion and clarity.

Sarah Mascardo, AMFT

Welcome! And thank you for being here. I am an Afro-Arab/Filipinx queer adoptee, and I have a deep-seated fascination with self-actualization. I am here to be of service to people who are needing support through life's ebbs and flows. I operate from the belief that each of us is fundamentally whole – throughout our lives, we accumulate experiences that sometimes lead us to disconnect from ourselves and internal resources. As a therapist, my role is to collaboratively help you reconnect with your inner compass to help strengthen and nourish your sense of Self.

My professional background comes from working with a diverse range of individuals and families in residential treatment programs, community-based services, and temporary shelter care focusing on building skills to manage challenging behaviors, restore family connections, and strengthen community ties. I specialize in working with children, young adults, LGBTQAI+, adoptees & folks who were in foster care, and I welcome the opportunity to support individuals from various backgrounds. I strive to create a genuine space where you will be met with kindness, unconditional positive regard, and a dose of humor. When you are ready, I am here to be your companion in your journey to creating the life you desire.
