What we provide
Individual Talk Therapy
The most common form of psychotherapy aimed at helping individuals navigate personal challenges and improve their mental health. Through one-on-one sessions with a trained therapist, clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to gain deeper self-understanding. This process helps identify patterns, set goals, and develop coping strategies for issues such as anxiety, depression, or life transitions. The ultimate aim of individual counseling is to empower clients to achieve personal growth and well-being.
Clinicians will utilize unique treatment paradigms which can include a multitude of techniques derived from the following modalities: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Person-Centered, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.

Gottman Method - Couples
The Gottman Method is an approach to couples therapy that includes a thorough assessment of the couple’s relationship, and integrates research-based interventions based on the Sound Relationship House Theory.
The goals of Gottman Method Couples Therapy are to disarm conflicting verbal communication; increase intimacy, respect, and affection; remove barriers that create a feeling of stagnancy; and create a heightened sense of empathy and understanding within the context of the relationship.

EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. In successful EMDR therapy, the meaning of painful events is transformed on an emotional level. After successful treatment with EMDR therapy, affective distress is relieved, negative beliefs are reformulated, and physiological arousal is reduced.

Couples Counseling
Most goals with couples counseling aim to help partners improve their relationship and resolve conflicts. Through guided discussions and activities, couples learn effective communication skills, explore their emotional needs, and develop strategies to manage disagreements. The goal is to strengthen the relationship by fostering understanding, intimacy, and mutual respect.
You may also want to utilize couples counseling as a safe space to separate or end your relationship in a healthy way, learn ways to utilize successful co-parenting, or support in exploring alternative relationship styles such as ENM (Ethical Non-Monogamy).
